Why I’m Starting This Blog | epic fantasy fantasy writer fantasy novel Greek mythology book excerpt

More than fifteen years ago, while I was still in high school, I wrote the first version of my novel Ascension. At the time, I didn’t know much about writing, but I knew one thing: I wanted to tell a story inspired by Greek mythology, the clash of gods, and a destiny that cannot easily be avoided.

As the years passed, so did my understanding of the story, the characters, and the world I had created. That is why, in 2025, a new, expanded edition was born, more mature, deeper, and closer to what I had envisioned from the very beginning.

I’m starting this blog as a place where I can share parts of that world with you.

In the coming period, you can expect:

• short excerpts from Ascension

• parts of the sequel, Ascension 2, which I am currently working on

• as well as excerpts from the crime drama Case of a Detective – a story I’ve been secretly working on for the past three years, and one that has not been publicly available until now

This is a space where stories are created, developed, and shared with you before they become complete.
